Health benefits: Silver needles contain the highest level of theanine due to their cultivars and processing method. Theanine is naturally decaffeinating. It induces a state of mind that can be described as relaxed and yet alert.

Tasting notes: Our luxury, young Silver Needle Tea is delicate in flavour and promises a truly refined drinking experience. Soft, velvety buds yield a flavour with light floral notes. The buds steep to a light yellow-green liquor with a taste that is fresh, light, delicate and silky smooth.
☕️ How to Prepare

Silver Needles are best brewed at about 80 degrees Centigrade. Steep your silver needles for 3-5 minutes, ideally in a glass pot so you can enjoy the fantastic visual experience of it all. The remarkable quality of silver tips is that they can be re-steeped 5-6 times over; add an additional minute to the brewing time, each time you re-steep the leaves.
