Our green tea is made from the finest of tea leaves and tightly rolled which results in an extremely high grade whole leaf green tea.
The infusion produces a pale yellow-jade green colour which is clear and transparent.
The green tea flavour has undertones of a light flowery essence and the body has a medium, gentle texture.
Use between 2-3 gms of green leaves per cup and infuse in hot water for between 2-3 minutes. It must be noted that for the preparation of green tea water must ideally be below its boiling point and ideally about 75 degrees celsius.
You can get about three quality infusions from the same serving of leaves.
