1. Heat water to 80°C.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of Silver Needles Tea per cup.
3. Steep for 3–5 minutes in a glass teapot to watch the buds gracefully unfurl.
4. Enjoy plain, without milk or sugar.

Pro Tip: These fine buds can be re-steeped up to 5–6 times. Add an extra minute to the brewing time with each steep to explore new layers of flavour.
